Put stainless screws or bolts in the holes.I'd love to get a set of these things, but I'm curious for the fussy folks out there... What do you do with the holes on the door at that point?

Old doors shouldn’t have holes.I'd love to get a set of these things, but I'm curious for the fussy folks out there... What do you do with the holes on the door at that point?
Less practical for a dailyTake the doors off. Problem solved.
I like my City Racers but they definitely take away from the old school look, when you're looking at it. But they sure are nice going down the road.A couple weeks ago I had to drive home at night in a snow storm and the headlights by them self were disappointing. It may be that I just need to aim them better which I intend to try this weekend. I have also wanted to add a set of auxiliary lights but was having trouble finding something I thought would fit, this experience pushed me to just try something. I purchased a set of Rigid 360 4” lights. They are round and sized so they don’t overwhelm the front of the truck. Trying to blend old with new is a challenge sometimes when you prefer the old look.
I am waiting on a harness to wire them up but decided to pre fit them just to get an idea for how they look.

There are a lot of round lights in the front of this truck but I don’t think they look too bad.
The lights I have are the Toyota Koito LEDs. The high beams work well but the low beams don’t works so well which is why I think I need to try adjusting them some.I like my City Racers but they definitely take away from the old school look, when you're looking at it. Do they fit later 40s with the wipers on the bottom of the windshield?The same winter driving conditions pushed me to try and improve my windshield wipers. I purchased new arms. Placing this picture here for reference in the future.

I was able to fit some more modern wipers on these arms. They are 10 7/8 inches long and as long as the wiper motors can push them through the storm they should do a better job.

These wiper blades are Trico but that is all I know as I receive them used on a set of arms I purchased some time ago. If anyone has any ideas please share.

@Tank5 ,
Unrelated, but what's the purpose of those green items on your metal roofing?
They are called Snow guards. Intended to hold the snow on the roof to melt instead of sliding off and building a wall of snow in front of the garage.I’ll play ice dam’s
