Wow, I didn't realize it was that inexpensive. Thanks. I'm still a little concerned about relying on a converter to power my headlights. Are 24v headlights easy to find?

the headlights on my HJ60 are 12 volt.
one headlight runs off of each battery.
also the back of the seald beam will say 12V

Hey Ducks. Im just buttoning up an identical swap (12ht into a 60 with an H55 trany) and I wanted to know if you left the gearing stock, or had to change it. Im terrified that Ill get this whole thing done, fire it up, and have a max speed of 35mph........ or god forbid have NO low range at all.

And if you DID change the gearing, what did you swap it to, how much did it cost, and where did you get the parts.

Can you take some picks of the rad? About to start a 2h swap and I'm trying to figure if I should source a new old rad or have a rad shop swap ports on the existing which seems to be in pretty good shape.
