I can shoot ten yards with my spear gun, have to be under water though :)

As a kid I dreamed of spear gun fishing!

As a kid I dreamed of spear gun fishing!

I did too, grew up watching Flipper and Sea Hunt. My father was a Navy Salvage Diver and saw a lot of early attempts at SCUBA. I moved to the lower Keys in 95 and lived there 10 years, bought my first boat the first year there. Spear fishing was by far my favorite thing to do. I saved one out of the 6 spear guns I had and it hangs on my wall. :)

well once again my wife has outdone herself. Backstory, I've been chatting with Barnes precision trying to find a shop that had their Patrolman's CQB carbine in stock. I wanted to lay hands on it and see if it was as nice as a few friends have told me. She mentioned worst case that they could build one if I so desired and send it to my local shop. I thought that was cool and would be a good option in the state of the AR market at the moment. This was before the Hurricane creek trip and I would keep looking when I got back. Somehow there was a mix up and Barnes actually had it built and sent to my dealer. I wasn't ready to buy it but since it was there and had my name on it I figured I'd go look anyway. I did some thinking and decided to pass without looking at it. I just had too many things I needed to take care of before sealing the deal on an AR. So, my lovely wife decided to sneak out of work and went to the shop and picked it up. Saturday morning she told me to look under the bed and told me happy anniversary. :) man I'm a lucky guy.

So he she is......Barnes Precision QCB Patrolman's Carbine chambered in the .223 Wylde. Manufactured in Apex, NC

I dont know if its appropriate to sell guns on here so if its not let me know but I am looking to unload this 12GA O/U. It's a Baikal, its a Russian field gun with 26" barrels. Selectable barrels, interchangeable chokes Its not a beauty queen, but its accurate and reliable. Comes with Allen case and 125 rounds of Rio #8. Its been a nice gun to learn clays with. Looking for $450 or trades of equal value.

Really anything, it just sits around too much, and its a shame cause its a great gun. I was really looking to sell it to pick up that bike that @roadstr6 is helping sell, but I am open to anything and everything.

.223 Wylde is actually the standard barrel option from Barnes for this model. My understanding with the .223 Wylde barrel spec allows for true compatibility with the 223 Rem and 5.56. If my terminology is off someone feel free to correct. I've been out of the AR scene for too long.

Put me in line behind Johnny if nothing works out. I have a double stack 45 sitting in the safe I could let go.
