my dad laughes at me when we are hunting for the amount of ammo i carry, but even in a fire fight with nature, you can never have too much. He also laughs at me for shooting doves at 40 yards with 12 ga high brass 6s. haha

The most important thing though is training...make sure you use proper hand positioning.

On my last elk hunting trip, I had 80 rounds each of .300 Win (primary elk gun), .338 Win (backup elk gun), and .270 Win for a total of 240 rounds. This did not include the 100 rounds of .45 ACP. Overkill, yes, especially since I shot a total of 6 rounds (3 for zero verification and 3 at game). However, if I had a major malfunction, I was prepared to re-zero and/or move optics from rifle to rifle and re-zero.
Can't be too prepared ....

lol. I felt the same way. but in the end I was still laughing. it started so good that it fooled me completely.

ug, my glock was supposed to come yesterday. it did not. it was supposed to come in today, it did not. My excitement disappointment levels pretty much are making me bi polar. Thus i am going to have to go to a shrink, then by the time it comes in, i will be reported.

Just like the SASS, but instead of old west wear, you have to wear pimp clothes and alligator shoes. Or roll like FlyGuy and rock the platform shoes with goldfish in them

Just in case you think you have it bad where you are. Let me explain the gun buying process here in the Peoples Republic of DC.
1- go online and take 30 minute course about guns. Print and sign certificate.
2- go to police station and get residency form
3-Fill out residency form and get registration form.
3-take form to gun shop and buy gun, and have the shop fill out other half of form
4- once gun is bought buy 2 10 round mags for$40 a piece and pay shop $20 to ship the 15 round mags that came with the gun to a friend or family not in DC.
5- Leave gun at shop.
6-Pay shop $30 fee and $30 shipping to have the shop ship the gun 2 miles to the FFl in DC.
7-Once the gun arrives in DC, go to FFL and get back ground check, finger printed, and take a 20 question test that is open book, and you only have to get a 70 to pass. The test is $30. the background check is $58.
8-Wait the 2 weeks it takes for DC PD to process the registration.
9- Go back to the FFL and pay him $175 to hand you your own gun.
10-Leave with your gun.
This adds a grand total of $423 to the price of the gun.
This week, i also had to pay $58 to have my Shot gun registered.
this has been my life for the last couple weeks.
HOW DID ANYONE EVEN THINK THIS PROCESS UP? WTF

also, you have to be 21 to register a gun. So the government can give me multiple guns to go fight wars, but if i am 20 i cannot have a gun in DC. ok, super.
