It seems that the Feds have discovered that off road bumpers and sliders have been assaulting rocks and trees from coast to coast. There is also talk about a ban on lift kits and bigger tires as they are the main cause of such off road vehicles going off road in the first place.

Sad part here is that i actually got pulled over years ago and questioned about my front bumper here in Nam. Said it might have been a little too stout. I asked if it was against some law and he could not find out anything on the radio at the time so he let me go. Back before computers in cop cars.

I figured Id bring this to my fellow gun nuts..I picked up a Pelican case for a steal of a deal..I plan on mounting it in the 40. Using it on camping trips for tablet, phone and camera.

OR as storage for my Walther 40 . I cannot decide how I want to cut the foam. Initially I was thinking of mounting the gun inside the lid with a quick release strap but have since nixed that idea.

I put the gun in the case with my daughters 22 (mostly cause I like taking pics of my gun :grinpimp: But ALSO to give you a scale..what do you guys think? How would you fit the gun in? (There are two pieces of foam that you cut to fit whatever you want which fit to the top of the case)

Guess Im just bored.

This is definitely not the time to want to buy magazines:doh:

It will take at least a year to unfxxx that mess unless some type of AWB passes, then it will be perpetual pain for us:frown:
 
Ahhhhhhh capitalism. Everyone panics and rushes out to buy ammo, mags and black rifles, so naturally the price goes up. THen everyone cries price gouging. Stop buying, the price will go back down.

Try Midway USA and Natchez Shooting Supply, They have not increased their prices but they are limiting quantities.

I saw 4 Magpul 308 mags go for $375 on Gunbroker ..... Crazy

Just wait a few days. Most local gun stores have more on order. You just have to be there when they come in. I went into my local shop and they just happen to have a case of 30rd pmags. $15 a piece. I bought 6. Buddy said they were gone the next day. I have a feeling that any shop that raises its prices right now will do so at their own peril. Gun people are a picky bunch lol. There is a call to ban hyatts in Charlotte bc of this. Who knows?

It is cool! Can u shoot? Got a good aim? What do u want to do with it? I personally am totally fangirl for Chris Costa so I prefer whatever he pedals, in hopes that he will surrender to my wiles. I doubt this is anywhere NEAR your plans..bahaha

Adam, just jealous..... :) i am collecting peices so i can build mine :) But i not paying these inflated prices. i am patient, maybe too patient..
