Woulda coulda shoulda...the Gamecocks should have won this game 27-0. Heck officials took away one TD.
NCS's only score was set up by an interception. If bullfrogs had wings..ya know.
Anyway...it is what it is. A win.

Well s*** Steen, if we are going back 22 years, how many times has UGA been National Champs during those 22 years?

Or if you want to go back further, how many times has UGA even won the NC? I know the answer, but I wanna hear you say it;)

You are right... we suck. So, how come you guys can't beat us but once is a while :meh: :flipoff2:

How about the the refs taking a touchdown away from NC St? Really it was a USC player taking it away with a blatant facemask on what would have been a return for a touchdown and the refs just ignoring it but whatever. YouTube - Uncalled penalty on Univ of South Carolina vs NC State
And explain to me how does 1 touchdown taken away by the refs make it a 27-0 game? By my count that would have made it 14-3. Its a win, good to see the #4 or 5 team on their half of the SEC can beat the #4 or 5 team on their half of the ACC. :clap:

Actually we have won 6 (1989, 1990, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2008) of the last 22 meetings.

Hey I never said you suck. I think that Richt has built up a very nice program. Oh, and by the way, our record over the past 22 meetings is the exact same as UGA vs. UF over the past 22 meetings (UGA won in 87', 88', 89', 97', 04', and 07'. I guess the state of GA has 2 blind squirrels.

OK, I was near the top of the class in math, but I did go to UGA :flipoff2:

It is going to be a long year for us. Hoping they put one of the new QB's in soon... we have a wealth of young talent there.

It is a good rivalry should be another good one on thursday, its close every single time except for the occasional one where we blow you out. 39-3 was one of the best games I've ever been to, even our mascot kicked your mascots ass in that one, literally they got in a fight in the endzone it was great.

That is weird, I thought that was one of the worst games that I have ever been to. Chan Gailey rocks! To give Steen some props, that 39-3 game was not near as bad as the 52-7 loss to UGA in Athens while I was wearing a bright yellow polo in the UGA student section :bang:.

Best GT Clemson game I've seen was the Woody Dantzler show a few years ago. OT 47-44, Woddy rushing up the middle for 11 yards to end the game. I remember watching that game in a bar in Indy and being the only people there going NUTS! Good times!



Although the one 2 years ago in Death Valley was one for the ages, if you're a Clemson fan.

Because he doesn't have any good history of his own to talk about. Because his team is playing Connecticut and since its not Basketball nobody cares.

That 04 game was still the best and loudest college gameday ever. I still use my college gameday hardhat when I go to construction sites.
