Looks like the ACC needs 2 more wins just to end up at 4 wins and 4 loses in bowl games. With our track record in bowl games, that looks doubtful. But I am curious what you guys think the VT/Michigan score will be. I'm going with 34-28 Hokies! Probably wishful thinking, but anything can happen after a month layoff.

I predict the ACC under .500 in bowl games cause VT can't win bowl games and can't win after long layoffs, they prove it every year by embarassing the ACC on the big stage.

Gosh, I hope we don't embarrass the ACC tonight! With the conference having such a stellar year in the "embarrassment" department.
All kidding aside, we do need to win this game, just to get rid of that stigma of "can't win the big one". This years team has far exceeded expectations, and if Wilson doesn't go pro, next years team should challenge Clempson for a chance to the big dance. and if you want to make a big deal out of it 11 wins in 1948 is like 13-14 today because teams didnt play as many games then. Plus theres a National Championship in that list, when did USuC win one of those?

Josh, as a Hokie fan, I say he caught the ball but if I was a Michigan fan, I would say he didn't. Either way, Beamer needs to be bitch slapped for the fake punt at the end of the game, giving Michigan a short field to kick a field goal and taking the lead. Not to mention the defense and special teams f-ups through out the game. Kudos for Clempson55 for calling this one!
