wasn't it just this season that S.Car let a great tight end go because of school infractions?

How much are you willing to bet Clemson covered up Spillers mishaps...or the mis haps of the 80's and and NCAA investigation

If your going to start questioning the integrity of a school start with your own.

This is big time atheletics and big time money, all programs have skeletons in their closets...... so this is pretty much a moot point on either side.

Amen!
I still think this game has the makings of a classic. If it weren't for ancient history this
game would look like a blowout.
Basically the same teams from last year except USC has added something special in talent
and CU has lost something special.
With that in mind USC rolled CU LAST year.
No brainer...right?
Not so fast my friends!
CU's whole season and coaches futures ride on this one. Losing would be devastating.
Getting blown out TWO years running and the suicide hot lines in Clemson would be
adding lines and hiring new help.
Even Dabo sort of acknowledged the circumstance with his "Step back from the edge people!"
comments.
While winning this game may not be the height of a CU season most years, any loss is
almost unbearable.
Make no mistake. CU pulls out all stops Saturday. Play like their hair is on fire.
Rub rocks, use special unis, invoke the Chicken Curse, look back to their history,
cite past victories, night game, saving a coaches job...you name it. Try to will the win
as it were.
Most years that would be enough.
This year it sounds more like whistling past the graveyard.
Most talented team year in and year out wins this one with some exceptions.
This year will not be the exception
Too much talent on USC's side. O and D.
USC wins a squeaker.

toss the history aside, this team when they are rolling looks nothing like any S.Car team we have seen in years.

Clemsons coaching staff may feel their future/jobs are on the line but there is no coaching up what they don't have.

After the ugly loss to UNC they knew the season was over.

S.Car is going to come out and run the ball hard.

All the talent S.Car has aquired the past few years is going to make for a butt kicking

45-14 S.Car!!!

Spiller is the cleanest guy ever don't drag his name into this. He spends more time in church than in bars or clubs. There are plenty of other guys that no CU fan would argue with but Spiller is a good guy.

also happen to be a big steelers and penguins fan, more than a few championships between those two teams and i don't bet on them either.

Like i said, betting on your team is bad luck.

CJ spiller admited to failing a drug test, don't throw church into the matter...baptists just don't drink infront of other baptists unless your a young baptist and then you just don't drink infront of people from your church.

Spiller is dumb as a rock...how did he graduate with honors? Are CU classes that easy?

I don't care how much time someone spends in a church, it's your actions out side those walls mon-sat that make a persons character. But that's for entirely off topic.

Spillers out of the equasion for the tigers right now except for his ties with calling recruits to help save Dabos job.

S.Car and all their talent face a no talent clemson offense and a patch work D. S.Car wins big

CJ spiller admited to failing a drug test

Can you provide any factual information to back this claim up?? or is this just more USuC diarrhea spewing from your mouth?

ALso CJ might not have been blessed with high intellecutal apptitude, but that is something out of his control. The kid the best with what he had.....hard work goes along way. Don't go smearing his academic accomplishments when you have nothing to back it up.

I don't expect a lot from your typical USuC fan but slandering someones good name becuase he played for your archrival is pathetic to me :flipoff2:

GO TIGERS!!!

Have some proof or don't go spewing a bunc of garbage about someone.

Again have some proof, because I believe that might be a violation.

Tons of talent on both sides of the ball and the D is anythin but patchwork, guess it will take playing the game to make you realize it though. What excuse have you come up with for if you lose? Looking ahead to the CG?

Dude...didn't CJ have one of the lowest NFL's Wonderlick (sic) test scores?
It is simply funny to suggest an HONOR student would score like that.
Called his teammate a Fag just recently. I know he didn't learn that in church.
Maybe he learned from ol Tammy when they got on their knees together.
The "He goes to church" defense is standard CU fare.
I'm not saying CJ isn't a nice guy, but...honor student....gimme a break.
Best guy ever? Slinging nasty insults for the world to see just shows he's got work
to do like all of us do.
Best guy ever...ROFLMAO.

Anyhow, he ain't playing Saturday.
I'm concerned the win at all costs is going to sacrifice the poor Ellington kid.
Great talent. Needs surgery in the off season. Man, really hope this doesn't screw up
his future.
Ask Willy Korn what happens to the injured at CU.
Ask Ray Ray.
Shoot ask KP.

the points Clemsux has racked up this season has really given critics plenty of talent to talk about:rolleyes:

And the D that has looked so great all season has played terrible teams all year long with the exception of Auburn. If it wasn't for Clemsux playing Auburn and S.Car this season they would really have played no one worth talking about

as we all knew Clemsux never had a chance.

you guys were pretty determined to stop #21, gave Garcia/Jeffery plenty of space for huge plays. That terrific QB KP that is supposed to be so much better than Garcia really helped us out in that game. Boyd wasn't much better.

I wanted a blow out but all those unanswered points S.Car put on the board will work fine for me!

The tides are changing Moo U fans, I found this forum at the perfect time!

The tides are changing!!!!

CU is only 45 points or so away from undefeated.
Next year they are going to be super with that new QB.
If they can hang on to the early commitments like
that new RB they'll be awesome. I'm all
in how about you guys?
I'm glad Ellington had more sense than the Cheerleading
Staff and got himself out of the game. He could have made the
difference this year if healthy.

Glad USC could win this one while playing like crap.
CU imitating the Keystone Cops helped.
That performance wouldn't get you get by Vandy in the S.E.C.

Hope USC plays better in Atlanta.

Good luck to the Tigers IF they get a bowl invite.

29-7....a worse butt whipping than last year.
Man, that's gotta sting.
:grinpimp:

Wait till next year. ;)

Bowers in the backfield all night, he's going to lock up this years Nagurski award by making USuC look stupid all night long.

I'm thinking bowers didn't have the game he wanted, had a lead big enough in the start of the 4th to throw in Maddox.

S.Car was just too well balanced for Clemsux to handle

You are an idiot. USuC has to play Clemson which is always hard no matter how cocky you are feeling right now, then they have to play the SECCG, and what should be a good bowl. Clemson's only hard game left is USuC there is no way you have more chance of winning out then we do.

that game was (for the second year in a row) a very easy win. Just knocking off a lesser team from a lack luster conference. For SEC east champs should be like clock work.

Come on fellas I said good game

But like said lattiy did not scare me jefferys was your man tonight. Your o was just okay dont kid your self! We gave you two Tds

I mean 48 for laity??

My co-worker is a USC alum, and has been going to Gamecock games since the 70's. He is a DIEHARD Gamecock supporter, and is really jazzed about all the accomplishments this year for the club. With that said, he told me Friday that he would take KP over Garcia anyday of the week. Your lame comments about all these QB's that are better than KP is rediculous. Find something better to talk down on, because KP is one the best QB's out there.

Glad you eeked out a win over Troy. Hope you don't get lazy after that romping and look ahead to the CG. Clemson has something to prove this year against the lamecocks, you on the other hand look at this as another throw-away game like Ark.

Jeremy

there are lots of S.Car fans...doesn't mean they know football. I'd say about 90% of the student section couldn't tell you what a dime package is. He obviously hasn't watched Parker this season. Garcia has had his share of ups and downs, Parker has never had an up.

Clemson did come out with something to prove this year, they capped off a season where they couldn't win big games.

You may have taken Auburn into OT but we kicked your tails all game long, how many times did you guys get into our side of the field?

S.Car didn't score as many as i predicted, i was wrong....then again I also gave clemsux more credit than i should have

29-7

you got your tails kicked! Again!
