thats progress Dave keep going.

I picked up a TRX suspension training setup on Randy's suggestion and could not be happier with it. as a diebetic I have found the more short (15-30 minutes) sessions of exercise i get a day the smoother my system runs. The TRX fits great into my afternoon work outsession and is doing more than just hte free weights and exercise ball were doing.

being on a diet is a constant battle for me and it never gets easier keep going Dave

easy on the rowing machine early on. It's a great way to f-up your back and that would wipe your diet out instantly.

No bike. Too many s***head drivers in MA and no shoulders on the road. People on cell phones kill bikers all the time. Rather be in the 45 than on a bike when I get hit by one of those foolz. Either way I'll be wearing spandex.
John - is this what you're afraid of?

Looks like he missed one!

Hey Dave...how did the Monday Night weigh in go?

Not so good up here...let's just say that with all the stress lately, my scale seems to be going the wrong way :frown:

:) Not me man, but somebody sure ate a lot of it. :) Actually, I counted those points. The beauty of the WW system is that you can still eat stuff you want, just in small portions. I had about a cup of that mac & cheese, and filled up on the salad instead. Perfect.

Sunday was fine, it was Wed-Fri with all the meetings and company lunches, dinners and socials that killed me.... but still, I lost, and as long as I loose a little bit every week I'm happy.

I could SO easily be adding 1-2 lbs a week.

Awesome dave. From a skinny idiot who stuffs his face i mean it as sincerely as possible when I say thats cool stuff your doin.

Keep it up friend.

If you're doing any form of exercise you're gaining muscle mass which is heavier than fat. This could easily explain the slow-going numbers you're getting but still give you the new shape. That is truly a fantastic sign!! Keep it going! Once the muscles get toned correctly the weight should start sliding off faster.

Good job Dave!
Keep it up!
