Bought a new Toy today 
Also sold the Heep 
Now that it is officially sold, I can finally fess up to owning a Cherokee since we bought it new for my wife in 2000 (I suppose that makes it a girl's four wheeler.) What can I say, even Luke's father was tempted by the Dark Side and it proved to be his undoing.
Fortunately, I eventually remembered my past LandCruiser, HiLux and Mini-Truck experiences from 20-40 years past and rejoined the good side a few years ago when I bought my Tan 40. Selling the Cherokee is like having a divorce where you get all the good stuff, all of your freedom and most of the $ instead of the other way around. I never realized how much I really hated her at the end until she was finally gone.
. Oddly enough, I lost my first 40 in a divorce in the 70's, but I was able to buy it back when the ex realized it wasn't any more civilized than I was. I do still have a soft spot for her..........the smurf blue '74, that is.
