Pig has arrived! Little more rust than expected but nothing too bad as far as a pig goes. Sits very high and tires are SS 36x14.5x15 which is overkill for the streets of Millis but looks great. It's not idling well so I'll check that out today. Interior nice and clean. Will make a fun project!

I am not in HR but have had a new job once about every 2 years. Pretty damn good at getting them. Also paid someone a small fortune to write mine last time I went job hunting so I can pass along tips. If you are comfortable emailing it to me please email it to perakos at gmail.
 
The pig has AC which is a nice surprise. The PO said it didn't have AC.

I have a new computer so pics will be slow to happen. hopefully today

does anyone have a generic bill of sale for cars? someone coming to look at the cruiser this weekend and i cant find one. i thought there was one on the YT site or was that in yahoo files?

My wife has worked in a small office of a Country Club her entire career. She came by my office to bring in the baby and she was suprised by all the cubicals.

I feel like a am living in the movie "Office Space" sometimes. But I guess its a steady pay check.
 
I enjoyed life a the agency a lot more (10 years, 4 employees) but in the end, I was clashing with the owner and I needed to get out of there. I have no regrets leaving there at all.

But I'm at the point in my career where if I need to start doing my own thing. There is also an intriguing, arts-related business locally that is for sale that we are looking into seriously. It would be something we could run, grow AND expand the graphic design business.

Either way... this place, while they pay me well and love my work, isn't for me. I need to get out of the corporate setting before I lose all passion for what I do.

interior very nice
has OEM rust
Frame is super clean

Needs: power steering, parking brake, winch installed, new paint, sliders (obviously), re-route exhaust

No idea on the original paint code as there was no trim tag. The paint on it now is 1999 Toyota "Copper" metallic...at least its a toyota color!!?? It's actually growing on me a bit

Ill tell you what I told Rabid,
Owning my own busines is the best and worst thing I ever did, totaly depends on the day.

Take yesterday for instance:
Picked up a dog, and had the chance to play with him for most of the day while guys were out working ( I was still making money) GOOD!
End of the day, lawn mower comes back blown up needs to be re powered or replaced, BAD
Today go make some money (with dog in tow) fert'ing some lawns, GOOD
Sighn papers for new mower's loan SO-SO
Truck drops a cyl on the way home, possibly an injector, BAD.
I am now driving my C60 tomorrow running errands.

X1000!!! Days I love it and days I want to work at a fast food joint.

BTW, the wife absolutely LOVES the 55. She even likes the color....:beer:

Sometimes I wish I owned my own business but sometimes it sounds like it would be a real hassle. I wish I could talk the wife into doing the wedding planner thing. She does it for her job already so I guess the difference is that she would actually have to attend the functions.
