I prefer fresh chilies, salt, real lime juice and depending on application, a little cumin. Other than chili powder and lemon pepper, I'm not big on the dried stuff. Fresh is better.

Nothing, I repeat nothing, beats home made red sauce. But it does take time...and when time is short these relatively new entries by Herdez makes making enchiladas one less excuse for not And they're not filled with crap ingredients...also they're in glass jars not plastic or worse, cans.
