Atlantis....the "thank GOD we are on the company" side of the resort :)

I love a "company sponsored" trip to the Caribbean...

Metal-tech 4x4 - Group Buy for GSMTR

Buy any Metal-tech 4x4 brand product and get 10% off AND Metal-tech will donate another 10% to GSMTR! You also get discounted shipping. Get the gear for yourself and help support GSMTR at the same time.

How it works. Call Metal-tech 4x4 (800-839-6797) and place your GSMTR/Group Buy order before May 1st for any Metal-tech 4x4 brand product. (Roll cage kits, FJ80 Sliders, FJ40/FJ Cruiser Tube doors etc.) Metal-tech will give you the discount and discount your shipping as to what you ordered. Everyone’s order will ship together to IPOR before GSMTR. Lance and Cam will then bring your ordered parts down to GSMTR for pick up. Metal-tech 4x4 will then donate a full 10% of what you purchased directly to GSMTR to help support the event in addition to the sponsorship Metal-tech is already doing.

If you want something fabricated or put together like a turnkey rollcage I'd suggest to order ASAP. Don't wait till the last couple weeks to get it made.

Fine print: Discount only valid on items in stock, no back orders sorry. Your order must ship to GSMTR in order to get the discount. Not going, no problem have your buddy that is going to GSMTR pick it up for you, get the discount and support the event.

As well Mark from Metal-Tech will be attending this years event. He has also stepped up and is bringing us the new pint glasses with the a new green MT logo on them. They will be available for those coming to The 20th GSMTR 2011. Also we have some other cool things from MT coming for the event.

Please post up if you have any questions.

I'm bringing a large canopy just for you guys to party under. Just need you to determine where you want me to set it up.

I was thinking of setting it up at the volleyball courts since there is no way we need all 3 of them. Maybe you could have a beach party one night under there for everyone.

I am going to try to make this if work schedule
cooperates. This is first event for me away from
Hot Springs and Superlift. How do these parks compare?
Is this park too tight for a 100? I really like the idea of their
short oval dirt race track and I have not been to
east TN in a long time.

Not sure what they do up there for an entire week,

Hang out... I love hanging with cruiser folk.
I like to wheel hard for a few days... then take the remaining days and do nothing but socialize.

Everyone i know that has been to this park so far, absolutely loves it... supposedly a perfect venue for events.

Looks fairly wooded. Pretty area for sure. I wish I could make it too. Looks like fun. Not sure what they do up there for an entire week, but that is GSMTR.

There is all kinds of stuff to do. Need to look at this event as being a vacation not just another event where all you do is wheel. Though you can do that if you like.

Burgess State park is only about 30 min away with some cool hikes and waterfalls to go swim in. TN State Parks: Burgess Falls State Park

Sparta is maybe 5 min away with a nice little downtown.

At the park there is a full court basketball area. There is a nice baseball area. Horseshoes. Volleyball court and there are some really nice ponds stocked with bass and brim.

Okay guys I've got a place for y'all picked out. I'll have a large canopy (20x20) set up for you by the time you get there. You don't have to camp in that spot but it's there if you want it. Just need someone from your club to get in contact with me and let me know if it works.

hate that we can't make this ride.

Next year for sure. Our Moab trip is cutting into our event schedule. Might make a last minute appearance if it all works out though.

Ok, We'll go if you pay for the Diesel in Jrobs truck Eric.

This is bullshunt.

Ok, We'll go if you pay for the Diesel in Jrobs truck Eric.

Back in 2008 at the RazorBack Ramble someone said "the price of fuel is going to kill this sport."

The economy and diesel are sure killing my rides this year.

Round Out OUT
GSMTER OUT
Razorback OUT probably

Moab is going to be great but I hope its 3X great.
