Upstate Cruisers » GSMTR Registration

May 16-22, 2011

This year will be a big one for the event as it will be the 20th year GSMTR has been going. We are looking to get all the clubs out for this one. We are also letting clubs cook a meal during the event if they would like. As well they can sell merchandise that day. All proceeds would go to your club or maybe help offset expenses in coming up here.

Registration starts in the next week or so.

Check the website for details.

Yep. I'm going to try a half-week.. the last half.

Need a caterer?

I REALLY like that area of TN.......gonna have to seriously look into going to this one. Shouldn't be too hot by then............

Didn't you and Deere do a tough truck/tire change/pigeon shoot challenge up there?

Well we are looking for a caterer for Saturday night during the raffle. Looks like quit a few clubs have stepped up to the plate to cook meals during the week.

OK. Shoot me details via pm including an estimated headcount, general expectations and budget. I'll see what I can do. Thanks, Jes

This park is definitely on the list.

I can vouch for Jes. That boy can cook!

Talked with Matt the other night about just this subject! Might have to make a guest apperance.

Awesome.

Okay we have Thur, Fri, Sat breakfast being served by another club so it looks like you can just wake up find some money, stumble about 50 yards eat a home cooked meal and then stumble back in bed with a full tummy.

I still have Mon-Thur dinner open. Looks like LowCountry Cruisers may be doing a boil Wed or Thur night. So if you have an idea and you would like to make a little money for yourself or the club let me know.

Just to give you an idea of total number of people we are expecting on certain days.

Mon 20
Tues 35
Wed 75
Thur 150
Fri-Sat 200-400

ACC and IPOR are handling most of the events this year. They don't plan on disappointing anyone.
