I actually met a guy over the weekend who lived in Panama and said he used to have a 70 series he would ship parts down from the US since he couldn't find anything down there.

I have to say this cruiser is one of many inspirational cruisers for my own rig, great work.

Do you happen to have any photos of the hood scoop install?

spend the rest of the day drilling and breaking the 1/16 dewalt cobalt bit tip in the hole that I was making in the broken extractor tip that it's in the hole that I was making in the broken stud .. how funny it's that ..

Jebus, Tap - those are the biggest wheel spacers I've ever seen !

Good to hear, How many times did you have to tighten them to keep them from loosening?

None .. 0 times .. ( after the day that I put in .. )

What I do it's check 'em ramdomly but never had to tight 'em up ..

Tap, you're not the first one I see on MUD with broken studs. What do you guys do with your rigs that you sometimes break a few bolts at the same time?! Do you drive em off fly overs, take traffic bumps with 80 mph? What?!:D

What about just drilling two/three new stud holes and abandon the one you've got goobered up? Actually, if you are going to the machine shop, why not add two additional studs and eliminate any future problem (with studs that is). I think I saw something somewhere about 60/80 owners adding additional studs when using bigger tires/power/etc.

Your garage floor is so clean! Is that where tencha is normally parked? Hope the machine shop gets that out for you.
