Count me out this year guys. Work is just too crazy right now and I am way understaffed for the amount business I've got coming in. The good news is I've been getting paid to do lots of wheeling lately!!! :D (Gotta find the silver lining somewhere right?)

Y'all have a good time without me. Someone have a beer or three for me.

The other silver lining is more work coming in than you're prepared to handle - that's a good problem to have, Tad!

Hate that you're not going to make it though. One of my good buddies just got a 2006 LX470 and can't believe anyone wheels theirs. I printed out your members rig pic and was hoping to get more at Tellico to start giving him a hard time for leaving his a pavement :princess:.

Anyone bringing a generator? I want the pop-up to have AC for my lil one (4 year old).

Oh, and I bet I wouldn't mind it either hehe.

Well, Dan found a generator, so we'll have that there as well for lights, AC, fridge, whatever.

Electricity?

I'm bringin the moonball!

generator? is it loud? I would say that I'm not setting up sleeping quarters near ya'll........ but i snore like a grizzly, so it won't bother me:grinpimp:

I was planning on bringing a long extension cord. That way I can setup the generator next to the tents and keep the pop-up nice and quiet :).

Actually, was planning on the same, but running it off into the woods a bit to quiet things down.

Will probably use it more during daytime breaks for the AC and fridge.

Okay, score one for the Jeeps. Darryl is coming with his Wagoneer.

JP: He and I will link up with you in Walhalla Friday morning. Alan and David should be there as well. Anybody else for Friday morning?

Also; Please remember the club canopy David: Our banner, please?

I get dibbs on putting my tent at the "common" area:rolleyes:

Yeah please be sure the generator is out far in the woods....I like to go campin to get closer to nature and farther away from the lights and noise of everyday life. I enjoy sittin next to the fire and hearing the insects sing rather than the grumble of a generator...kinda takes away from the mood of the trip.

Thanks

I'm bringing the banner but the club canopy isn't in my charge.
I think JP is the keeper of the canopy.
I'll bring my parawing shelter and a couple of tarps.
I'm using the small tent this time and plan on the wing or a tarp
DIRECTLY over my tent. I'm determined to stay dry this year.
A man can have a dream can't he? :grinpimp:

I will bring two extention cords to get that sucker as far out as I can without getting it into "walk off" territory. If it is too loud I will leave it at home.

Don't bears hate noise? If this is true.... I hete bears but they love Spivey, so if you can provide enough documentaton to bears hating noise, they generater can go in my tent!

I don't know if I like the idea that bears like "Spivey"... since my last name is Spivey. I am going to be double Spivey-ed. Maybe I should sleep ON the generator.

Actually, we've determined that the generator and it's potential to be loud is not a good way to make friends and influence people. So we're not bringing it. All is good in Spivey land.

Thanks, Heather! I think that is a good decision since most of the folks coming are looking for some quiet time in Nature.

Guys I am sorry to announce that I am not going to make it. Today has been the worst day in my life. I ran over my Dog with my boat and killed him. I just wanted to let you know and I please ask you that if you are an avid boater please take all precautions so that you do not hurt others or yourself. I failed to do that and for that I paid dearly with my loyal companion's death. I hope you all have fun and please be careful.

Best to all,

Juan
