I build the hinges to order most of the time. I have a few orders currently awaiting parts and will be building more ahead next week when supplies come in. Sometimes I'm a bit slow, but I always get them done!

Just for an update, I picked up some much-needed parts from the laser cutter today so I can finish some of your hinges. I should have them done this weekend.

While looking for some missing fj60 spring leaves I ran across an early door half set from one of the first five orders ever. They would be perfect for a second door set, but aren't so pretty for primary doors. If anyone already has a regular set and wants a less expensive way to run a second set, pm me. I can email pics to anyone interested.

Been following, these hinges are a great idea , and the responce is very positive. Just ordered a Superset. I should be starting the re-assemble of my 40 soon. I'm glad that I talked myself into these. Thanks Matt.

These look great, has anyone used these with a Gozzard tub?

I will have check into the construction of the Gozzard tubs. I have no experience with them, but if the factory hinges bolt to them, the Quik Hinges should also.

As for the Ambu-hinges, I haven't developed them as I had originally hoped. I will start working on that project again soon and let you all know. I don't currently have any 40s around that use those doors, so R&D may be a bit tricky. i can't imagine there wouldn't be anyone on the board who would be willing to try some prototypes when it comes time... Is there anyone in West Michigan who has a truck that they would be willing to let me use? I'm just west of Grand Rapids.

I have dimensions from a set of amby-hinges already. I dissected them and took very careful measurements. I just have to get my rear in gear and get some prototypes mocked up and mounted to check their fit and function.
