Congratulations! It's addicting for sure. What year did you get? Is it stock or modified?

I'm just south of GVSU in Allendull.

It's a '73 that's heavily modified.

Not to be a pest, but I ordered on 5/4 and am wondering if my order is also among those you're getting out this weekend. The transaction ID is MC0091329378.

BTW, I was born in Holland, grew up in Jenison, went to high school in Hudsonville and one of my sisters attended GVSC (in '70s, pre-GVSU).

OK, I just wondered since I hadn't heard anything in the month since I ordered and if you were having website issues I didn't want the order to get lost.

Sorry about your injury and like I said, I really didn't want to be a pest.

I'll probably order an extra set of door-side hinges for my 'new' full hard doors once I get them repaired. Your product really fills a void and makes getting the most pleasure out of your FJ40 in all seasons much easier.

I stuck my foot in my mouth when promising delivery, but was able to send out all of the orders that had been waiting due to my injury while here in Indiana at the base. I will be done with AF obligations this week and back at building hinges next week for anyone interested.

I got mine. They look great!

I am half way through installing my MetalTech tube doors. When I get the other side done, I'll post some photos.

Well I've got a factory soft top with the factory soft doors that came with the truck, I've got a pair of steel doors that need the bottoms replaced (I have the bottoms, next project) and I've got the tube doors. The whole point of these hinges, beyond being able to easily run completely doorless, would seem to be to make swapping doors simple for those of us with that 'challenge'.

The MetalTech tube doors are really nice but I think due to my Aqualu tub they need a little modification to the catch to work. I got the driver side installed yesterday, I should get the passenger side installed today. After what I learned on the driver side the passenger side should go quicker.

Oh, and it's my daughter that's Imelda Jr. She must have a small fortune in shoes.

Got them installed. Here are some photos. I hope they aren't too large.
