Build - My 69' 55

This screw hammer is a miracle worker! But I still needed to bust out the heat and even drill out a bolt or two. I disassembled all the hardware and bagged everything up in their own labeled bags before beginning sanding.

Awesome work. It has me wondering, does Mr. T have the panel presses shoved off into a corner next to the sewing machines? Would be sweet to get our mitts on those.

Got my letters today! I was a little bummed because a coworker of mine who does custom fabrication work on the side told me that if I would've told him sooner that he could have made me some dimple dies to stamp each of the letters into the tailgate, giving it the factory raised letter look...
