Ok, getting back into the Pig rust repair, of course you need more parts!! Found this 1979 only 10 miles away! $500. Has a good late model bulged hood, the cool grill with Toyota cut out, good windshield etc. even has the unicorn… good tailgate latch! Wife somehow doesn’t see the value…

I almost got a '79 grille from the gent up in Washington state that cut the body off the frame and kept on Pig'n.
That's about the only thing UPS ever lost for me in shipping.

Holy cow! I didn’t even think to look for PS… it has it! The pump is loose but there, box obviously there. I need to find a way to test that. Is PS pig specific or same as 40s? The engine is evidently frozen. Not sure it’s worth anything but the .17 a pound my recycler gives me.

The box is specific to the '79. So is the pedestal. It will run just fine with a GM pump. An easy fix I did after much trouble with re man and the like Toyota pumps.
That is a cool grill! I'd buy it just for that!! Well done!

Well, lunacy continues… I really want the Pig to motorvate on cushy coils. I’ve been looking for a n FJ80 for that frame and suspension. I found a package deal! 2 1992s, one with title and flip-able with better parts from the pretty one. I asked you guys to stop me!!!!
