Unplug the amp it is two plugs behind the little speaker in the glove box

Z it looks like the adapter link you sent me is the same I used. The photo only shows one harness link. Did yours have two?
The one I used had two plugs. That's the harness that bypasses the amplifier and plugs into two unused connectors behind the HU.

I would bypass the amp. It will require a new harness. I agree on checking the connections at the speakers. Really you should probably get a multi-meter and check the continuity from the wires at the amp plug to the wires at the speaker. The colors should be consistent with the earlier image I attached. You'll have to pull the glove box door off. The amp is on the pass door side in there. Seems like the most likely answer is the speaker wires are broken at one of the spots they go through the doors. The fix would most likely be running a new wire unless you can find where to patch it.

Some mods must be left to the pro's. Expedience in such matters is a very relaxing thing.

Check the speakers to make sure the terminals are not in contact with the metal of the door causing a short.
And the six pack of beer of his choice goes to @ppc! Sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution. I shortened and rewired the rear speaker on the right side. Magically all four speakers are rockin'! Of course Phil you will have to come up to the St. Croix valley to pick up your sixer. Thanks everyone. Now onto those front door speakers.

Good stuff. Pics.

Keep that sixer cold as I might show up someday to collect. Glad you got the issue resolved without to much pain.
