Ive accidentally done it a few times with my fat knee.

^^ Awesome. You should definitely get better highway mpg.

My SQOD. Don't currently own an iPod, but have a fair amount of music and music videos in iTunes on my PC. What is the best/most compatible device for music and videos with the 200-series nav system?

FYI to much grease and it'll sling out.
Smells horrible on exhaust parts.

I use an Android and connect via Bluetooth. Works well enough for me. Starts automatically when I get in and shuts off when I get out. I navigate the podcasts and music on the 'Droid but can pause and restart playing from the Nav screen.

I use an iPod shuffle with music, podcasts, and a few audible books that works perfectly on my 2011.

Nice; that is what I do too. Just that I have a bunch of Stones and Dwight Yoakam videos in iTunes that I can't play through my Android. Thinking one dedicated Apple device is the answer ... just want to make sure I can play the videos too.

Unfortunately you can only stream the audio portion of the video via Bluetooth. For example I've streamed YouTube videos from my iPhone to the LX so that all of the passengers could hear the video. IIRC the audio controls will "control" the video play (ie play, FF, etc.) when connected. By "control", be aware that every app behaves slightly differently to the audio/media button actions.

SQOD: Why is there a button to turn off the park assist sensors? Why would you ever want to turn them off?

Answer: So they don't keep howling when you carry your mountain bike! I loaded it on the bike carrier for the first time today and was VERY glad I could turn off the sensors!

Also handy when towing a trailer .....

Or pulling into tight carport...

Really? Haven't pulled mine yet but good point - didn't think about the that.

I turned my parking sensors off a week after buying my LC, and haven't turned them back on since. I guess I'll never really feel comfortable relying on them, so I figure I may as well not hear the beeping...

Yall know you can adjust the sensitivity of them right? They're not as "beepy" when on lower settings.

I did not know that - how is the sensitivity adjusted?

Never mind - found it. Sound can be adjusted for all sensors, but distance can be adjusted only for the rear center sensor.

Can the air pressure sensors be removed and put on another after market rim? Probably a really stupid question but I am looking at a set of fuel wheels and forgot about the tire pressure sensors.

Yes. I took my stock wheel sensors and put them in rock warriors. It might require new seals, which came in a kit at about $6.

As long as you go from aluminum to aluminum wheels...or steel to steel wheels, they'll work jut fine.

The reason steel and aluminum differ has to do with the angle design of the stems....but if you are sticking with the same material...not a problem at all...and no re-programming.

Great. I pulled the trigger on a set of Fuel Beast wheels D564. Always a pleasure Markuson!
