My math puts shirt mci at 545 = 23x15 + 10x20. That's cutting it way too close.
I'm sure We can/will all make sure you don't end up eating any cost bro. Thanks again for organizing and making the shirts happen!!

@Fast Eddy, I think I still have your # from Pismo, but send me a PM just in case. I'll let you know when I hear from the shop.

@SIZZLE, you can get ice at Basset's Station. No need to drive all the way to Sierra City if you don't already need to.

So I was doing some Google recon work to see if there's any other big groups up there this weekend. Found these guys. Quickly scanning through the thread I don't think we'll have to worry since most are camping at Gold Lake regular campground and not the OHV site, but you never know...

If all goes to plan, I'll be spending next summer on two wheels. :D

@KWalkerM, were those numbers before or after factoring in the wad of cash we agreed I'd be bringing you to cover initial costs?

lol i need some 1s and 5s to make change for people! and thats just incase mostly, im still figuring out my math thingamajig basically it will all be covered (i hope!) since i think i did my math right, Finny you are forgetting that shirt prices go up for on the trail cash deliveries, im only looking at a little bit of profit split with darrell and I haha

Ok cool. We'll make sure you're not out any dough and always have a cold drink in your hand!

"Someone" just ordered two kegs, "hypothetically!"
This just got serious!!! :D :bounce:

That's good because without a campfire we're going to need something to sit around!

My buddy ended up buying that propane campfire-in-a-can contraption. We'll see if it flies with the LEOs. Really don't see the issue with it since it doesn't put out embers and it can be shut off with a valve instantly....

Gas BBQ's are still OK so I don't see why the fireplace thingy wouldn't fly

A little Jiffy Pop and we're all set!

I'll have all the frequencies mentioned saved into my HAM radio and will scan thru every now and again. I know i can broadcast on 2M and 70cm, but not sure about the MURS, so i'll be on 462.5625 and 146.400 mostly. Those without your ticket, the test is easy with a couple hours of cramming, but the class is a joke--they don't teach you anything but how to pass the test. Or just break the law, i ain't no snitch...

There seems to be some grey area for events. I have heard you don't need a license, but it could have been, for example, if there was a net control running the event. There is also wording I've read about in order for a non-license to operate a station, a licensed operator must be in "attendance," which would leave things a bit vague. Easier to just get licenses, but not everyone "gets around" to it.

I'll probably leave one side on the two freqs above and scan them.

Being approved for HAM radio would be pretty neat. I'm just fancy with a Cb radio for now.

Ridiculously excited for this trip. Even though i'll be hanging with a bunch of cruiser Nazi's :D
