Ipods and Ds were shipped out just now. It should get to Aaron by thursday. Hope you guys put a good use to them... Sorry for the rest that won't have one because there was not enough. Next time there will be more...

What's your mountain biking plan? Anyone?

Who's going to be in camp on Thursday night? I'm thinking of camping by Packer Lake very late Thursday night, riding down into Downieville on Friday AM, and getting a shuttle back up the hill after lunch.

Any chance the Friday Nevada City group wants to deal with tracking me down in town and bringing me back up the hill?

BTW, Skillet is heading out of town for work, so will not be attending.

If my truck is ready to leave Thursday night, I'll join you on the ride to Downieville in the morning. If not then I was originally thinking Saturday morning.

I'd offer you a ride back, but i've got 5 people in the car, plus all the camping gear. But i'm sure we could figure something out, there should be at least 4 rigs in our group. I'm figuring if we hit the road by 1030, we should be in Downieville by 1130ish.

Very kind gesture of you sir, I'm sure all the kids will appreciate it! I'll go ahead and take myself off the free ipod list since I'm allergic to Apple products ;)

I'm leaving from Newark before traffic on Thursday and stopping in Sac for dinner. I'll PM you my number and you can send me a txt if you're going to get out on Thursday night.

Want to plan to meet in D'ville for lunch? There's a shuttle at 2 if you guys don't have room, so I'll be good in any case.

With 3 kids riding shotgun, we'll be eating on the fly, don't know about the other people in the caravan. Lets play it by ear, but i think a lot of it depends on how many camping spots you early birds will be able to snag. If you cant score very many, we'll have to haul booty to get up there and lay claim.

to anyone that is interested, i have a projected cost of $535 in shirts including tax! that is 33 shirts total with 23 of those being preordered shirts!you guys rock, just preordering i have recieved $230 as of 5 minutes ago so that definitely helped out a lot with cutting my final cost down to pay for.

secondly i want to urge everyone coming into Graeagle from the hwy70 side to please be careful turning onto hwy 89! my bosses daughter and MIL got into a horrible collision there yesterday because of negligence on the other drivers part, everyone is okay but there are lots of broken bones and 2 totalled cars. PLEASE drive safely, speed limits are 55 in 95% of the roads once you get into the mountains and that is often far faster than you need to go especially on 49 and gold lake hwy going to the campground.

So with 10 shirts left you still need $300? Seems like we all owe you another $3.

Lndcrshr and i plan to head up early on Friday morning. We should be to the campsite around 10am. If we are the first, we'll grab as many campsites as we have folding chairs (no one violates the sanctity of a folding chair).

There is ice in Sierra City. I'm happy to make a run at some point. I plan to do the Buttes down to Sierra City later on Friday. Thanks for the offer of kegs. I got five on it!

I'll have all the frequencies mentioned saved into my HAM radio and will scan thru every now and again. I know i can broadcast on 2M and 70cm, but not sure about the MURS, so i'll be on 462.5625 and 146.400 mostly. Those without your ticket, the test is easy with a couple hours of cramming, but the class is a joke--they don't teach you anything but how to pass the test. Or just break the law, i ain't no snitch...

So I was doing some Google recon work to see if there's any other big groups up there this weekend. Found these guys. Quickly scanning through the thread I don't think we'll have to worry since most are camping at Gold Lake regular campground and not the OHV site, but you never know...

23 are pre ordered, not prepaid, i have $230 of prepay money, i havent counted how many actually prepaid so far so thats the unknown there. so far my spread sheet has worked haha

im sitting here with some twine, index cards and ton of shirts so orders are now totally closed

I was thinking id have everyone who wants one of the iPods put their name in a hat so we can raffle them off fairly.

You do whatever you wish with them. You guys deal with that headache now. They're off my hands. Haha.

Anyways, I think one of them was not restored yet, it's the green square nano. Didn't have time to deal with it. I should be able to produce more before the summer ends so I could have more for the folks the didn't get one.

Dang I can't believe i'm missing out on this... Oh well....
