Hmmm, made in Japan to toyota specs. Cruiserparts.net guy I spoke to gave them the thumbs up.

I will wait to see what my friend at the local lexus dealer charges, I know it will probably be close to 2x's what these cost at $145 each so I have some decisions to make.

Hmmm .. sounds fishy, why then they are trying to give the impression it is a Toyota OEM part by placing it on top of a Toyota parts box...

The cheapest price I found online for an OEM spindle from a Toyota dealers was $225. Or check with Beno on the forum.

Beno no longer works at a dealership. He works for Profitts.

So... why not just buy that spindle from one of your friendly Larry Miller dealers then? price should be in the ~$230 range, it does look like the part number is the same.

That's a pretty major component there, not where I'd tend to skimp. But who knows I could just be naive and risk-averse.. :D

That's a three-year-old invoice but the $ numbers are close.

FYI, if you order from Cruiserparts.net, make sure they have it in stock for immediate delivery, otherwise you have to wait for overseas shipping too.

Did you end up grabbing these spindles or the OEM versions?

Was going to start a new thread asking about these. Anyone have any updates on their use?

IIRC there was a thread some time back about these. I "think" that these are an upgraded part and were used in Australia first which is how we got to hear bout them. I also think this was one of the reasons of guys having the zirk fitting on the outside of the dust cap to grease them and supposedly to push grease into the birf.

A search might pull that thread up.

OK, yea that is the thread that has the grease fitting. I guess it was another thread and i think Beno was one of the folks who was testing them out about the bushing vs. bearings.
