Did a very thorough Zoom with the seller. Seems legit, straight up about known issues, and willing to do a deal. I decided to go with a 4runner, so passed on this one. It seems to be a good deal.

Available yes. Price is somewhat flexible but I'm also doing minor improvements over time so it might go down or up. For instance I just ordered a brand new throttle cable to install whoch will go in this weekend. I dont mind entertaining offers as long as its not something insulting.
