1979 Seat Belt set from an FJ40. I used the passenger belt for many years in my '78 until I got my original ones re-webbed. The driver's belt is frayed, but all other aspects of these belts are excellent, other than faded release buttons. The retractors work smoothly and engage when the belt is pulled sharply. There is no rust or corrosion on the belt parts. The retractor housings have no cracks.
These belts are 100% complete, including the plastic tang holder, mounting bolts/studs, and the driver's side receptacle's electrical connector for the seat belt buzzer. Re-webbing here: Seat Belt Repair Service & Airbag Reset | Safety Restore - Safety Restore (where I had my '78 belts done). I would get the driver's side belt re-webbed and just run the pass. belt as is, but do what you want. More pictures on request.
