Soft Top Bracket Dimension Needed

I'm looking for the center-to-center dimension of the bolt holes for the small bracket in the picture below. Accuracy would be appreciated!

Can't seem to get pic from above that shows both sides, straight down, clearly. Took some from underneath. Hopefully you can make these out....top 32nds bottom 64ths......
