as stated earlier all us yanks call everything that touches a grill bbq.
ie girl get your butt on this grill were bbq'n some rump roast.
I wasnt aware that CO was know for sprouts... that might be true for th peoples republic of boulder, but i will put CO grass fed beef against anything short of wagyu or kobe. and our local pork producers are some of the best in the nation.

i wouldnt say it is completely bad, however, when compared to a grain fed beef animal it sucks donkey dicks.
luckily i cant say that you are "wrong" due to the shear fact that food is a matter of opinion, but really depth and variety of flavor, quality of beef, and over all health value grass fed is far superior. I would take a grass fed over grain any day and guarantee that side by side with a similar cut grass fed would win hands down. i used to serve nothing but grain fed, until I actually started working with grass. sorry, im going to have to say that you are, in fact, wrong.
