I have a beautiful patina 8274 completely rebuilt with new wiring throughout (between motor and contactor), Albright contactor, new receptacle, new solenoid cover, new hardware throughout, new drum support end cap, new bearings, and new brake maintenance kit. I decided to just clean up all the parts and leave it with a nice patina. Includes the controller. Cost is $2,000 plus shipping.

Where has the market for these awesome winches gone. Just two years ago I was getting $2800 easy for this quality of rebuild on an 8274. If you were driving distance I would buy this just to have an extra. GLWS
