Got the rear diff pinion angle within 2 degrees of the t-case flange angle and the UCA’s are as short as they will go.
Going to finish the job with some adjustable lowers. Goal is to have sub 1 degree different between both flange angles.
Had to run to the store to grab a large crescent wrench since I didn’t have a 46mm open ended wrench laying around
Tip- if you are measuring flange angles with the shaft still installed make sure to measure front and rear on the same sides of the yoke. If you swap sides when measuring the angle will be different due to the orientation that the yoke will put your clinometer at.

Next up on the list is to get the axles aligned and adjust the rear pinion angles to perfection 
To do this I adjusted my upper control arms and installed some new adjustable lower control arms.
step one: Remove rear drive shaft and measure the angles of the flanges at rear diff and transfer case. In theory you want them to be at the same angle but in reality less than 1 degree of different is good.
next: drop one of the LCA’s and adjust it until it’s the same length as the one that you removed. Then install the axle sid and adjust as needed keeping an eye on the clinometer that is on your flange. What I did is set the 0 while it was on the t-case flange and then moved it to the flanges on the rear diff and worked towards 0 degrees wit my adjustments. Then repeat for the second LCA and torque all nuts to spec. IIRC 130 ft lbs
The axle alignment will be done on an alignment rack.
Tip - This time is a great opportunity to inspect u-joints and grease slip yoke on the rear driveshaft since it’s removed.

Thanks to @Muddy Feet and @80sgirl for sharing a spot in the stable until she goes off to @offr0adlim0 for a part time kit! Picked up a @Marlin Crawler spool from @sleeoffroad and some Aisin hubs from @cruiseroutfit.
