Any guesses what it would cost to blast my roof rack and then replace the wood floor with expended steel...?

Not sure, but give them a ring. It was ~$50 each time for both sliders. and $60 for rear bumper.

He/They mainly do big trailer rigs from what I saw, so he just dumped my "small" parts on whatever he was blasting on the trailer hauls.

Waiting for joke in 3-2-1.....

Anyone know a good and cheap(er) plumber? We've got a gas water heater on the fritz and before I dump money into it I wanna know what's wrong. It started dribbling out the relief valve so I replaced that but its still dribbling. The other symptom is the occasional "warm" shower. You can crank the hot water all the way up and its warm but then starts to gradually get hotter. This only happens like once a week. I would guess the thermostat sending unit is probably full of crud causing a false signal but that is built into the entire thermostat on a gas one so its not cheap to replace. I just wanna make sure the whole water heater isn't screwed up because if that's the case I wanna go with a tankless one. Anyway, anyone got buddies in the business? I've used Curtius Huntley before and they were good but also $$$$.

My father is a plumber so I would definitely recommend him. Plus he seems pretty cheap and is a super jolly ol man.

Tankless h2o heaters are OK if gas- I wouldn't own an electric one but I would say just stay with a tank type heater- my 2 cents.. Stagg used to be with Orrie the Plumber, right? Good folks.

I am not a Plumber but I have replaced a lot of water heaters. PRV's are set for 125 psi I believe, you can test with a pressure gauge at the house. If you have a pressure reducer at your house there is a good chance it it bad. You can take the inlet and outlet flex hoses off check how much corrosion in the pipes if lots time for new WH. These are free test before calling the plumber

I have a tank less gas water heater. I have nothing but good things to say about it, I love it. I would get one.

Gas or Electric? I've had customers that were not so happy with electric, plumbers that didn't like the headache and panels that were stuffed with breakers as they draw a lot of amps when they need it.. What brand?

We've been renting here for almost 6 years. There is an A.O. Smith 40 gallon electric water heater that has worked constantly w/o a hickup- still looks brand new and our electric bill in a mostly electric home(gas furnace is the only non-electric device) averages about $220 a month. In my experience with SoCal fxxx you up the ass utility rates that is a pretty good deal. And remember-- WE shower every day here! :D

Saw this today in CP over off of Bursell. Crappy pic but this thing is pristine. I think its been spotted on here before but man is this thing sweet!

It's a propane fired water heater by rinnai.

He shops at Rays in CP. I never seem to have one of our cards when I need one! In that condition gotta be gettin' super rare.
