Hi,
I also have vertical play on my driver side. I'm with lx450.
Need to mention that I bought a 3d file, not from Outsane, but with same model.
Can you share how you fixed it?

Just to be clear, I do not sell files.

The installed part was not made or designed by me, I have never shared these files.

@nestor did not install my part, but a copy from some one else. So if it still shakes after installation it may be from a poor copy.

I can send you a new version, they have been updated a few times.
Ohhh, I bought one from you a little while ago but haven’t installed it yet. What’s it take to get a newer version?

My Old version is good, his issue is that he bought a copy made by some one else who tried to copy my design.

Installed the fix & shakey mirrors are no more!
Though I was wondering what these two pieces are for

For some reason, I purchased a full set of the shaky mirror fixes years ago when I was buying some other odds and ends. After 20 mins of digging through my parts stash, I finally found them...and fixed a driver's mirror that was ready to fly out, and did a preventative fix on the passenger while at it. 15 minutes well spent...and rock solid this morning cruising around Houston on and off highway. Thanks @Outsane for making awesome products! 😎

You are very welcome!

I thought I'd drop in my 2¢, since I just received my new mirror bracket upgrade and bottom post reinforcement.

I placed the order on Sunday, and the mailman (yes, he is a man) just dropped an envelope of joy off this morning. It took all of 10 minutes to install, it appears solid and, as a former (recovering) design engineer, I have to add a special note about the bottom post reinforcement. It's really, really hard to make something good look easy, but @Outsane did really well on this. It's not that the upper replacement bracket isn't also very well though out, but without the bottom post, the mirror just isn't going to hang in there (no pun intended).

Kudos Lee!
