Seeking advice for radiator hard line repairs

Some cracking that I can low heat tack weld and file smooth but my bigger concern is the depth of this pitting. Anyone have a cool trick to build this up so it has more life in it?

Buying new is always an option, assuming it’s available, but I hate waste and love to repair things when I can.

You might be able to flow brass over it. I would just try and find a good replacement one.

If we knew what year your truck was we could assist from the POV of telling you if a new part is still available.

Replacing that part with a new one is not waste. That part is beyond it's intended service life. Spend $65 on the new part we are fortunate to still have available from Toyota for your rare 1981 Factory AC PS model and let it turn into a new bridge, bicycle, or whatever. It will be OK
 
When the old one breaks you dump like 4 gallons of coolant instantly and are stranded until there is a fix. New part no worries for a lot of years.
 
Then again, if you have an old radiator shop nearby, it might be good to give them a shot at refurbing that. Is it a soldered joint? Sometimes, I've noticed, a skilled local craftsman can be superior to the assembly line.
