Those tjm lockers are a smoking deal right now. I really don't intend to wheel my 100 hard, but I'm sorely tempted to buy a set.

My rig is a family wagon, I don't plan to wheel it at all, but we do go to the beach a lot and often have very soft sand at the beach we go to so I have to lock to make sure we don't sink. Also most front diffs that fail, fail in snow or ice situations not hard wheeling. Having that extra piece of mind in addition with the extra strength in the front diff is definitively worth the buck if you ask me. I already had the twin compressor so the expense for me will only be the locker and the labor

I'm planning a PINS trip in early spring. Do you think street tread and ATRAC will be up to the task?

I've been sunk to the frame in muddy water with stock tires and the A-Trac got me out. I've never used it in rocks or any other surface but mud and sand and it works beautifully. I think the issue with the A-Trac is by the time it kicks in you are already in a sticky situation. Lockers you can lock in advance before you get to a sticky situation.

Update: 9/21/18

I want to make sure if anyone goes down this road of wiring, that they know this setup resulted in my stock locker switch working backward (locked when off/ unlocked when on). There is some mix of wire somewhere and it didn't bother me enough to chase it down. If you went down this road and wired it like the diagram below welcome to the backward locker switch club.

Alright after ordering a few parts and waiting for them to arrive (I'll list them out when everything is hooked up and working) I've crayola-out my diagram of all the connections. I talked to Slee to make sure terminals are correct. With the exception of one wire that was incorrectly listed on their website and they promptly fixed after I called them (they are on top of their stuff) this is what the wiring should look like:

I've had so many inquiries on this install and there is hardly any information on the web on this Slee CPU and its install hopefully this will help lots of people doing this swap. Slee if you are reading this let me know if I don't have the connections right...

By chance can you post how you secured your box in the back?

You said it was with three locations and I can't figure out where "#3" is?

Thanks,
GB

I started the wiring of the locker but stopped because I need to order a rubber boot. While waiting installed winch.

Also installed a master kill switch for the winch. Blue Sea heaviest duty rated at 600 constant amps 900 peak amps. I'm completely out of room in the engine compartment now, I literally took several days to think where to put this.

A little free time in the evening so I installed engine compartment light. I'm already enjoying this mod all trucks should come with this standard.

Removed stock emblem to install gobi ladder but didn't like the look, so I ordered a JDM version and painted it black. I'm still not sure I like the look but for now I'll leave it until I find something I like better.
