Tried to cut fleur de lis in my cage gussets.
Turned out as fleur de p!s. So ixnayed them and just put some solid 1/4 inch thick suckers in behind the C hoop instead of side cross bars. Won't be able to get in back seat easily with cross bars. So these will do.
May add some more behind the B hoop.

That is plenty strong....."roll" with it. Looks good.

Decided to work on the rear inner fenders. Jrob was kind enough to let me have some scrap metal ge had lying around so i can mock up some fenders.
My sheet metal brake i made previously wasnt wide enough for the sheet i needed to bend so i built this one. Worked well.
I have them tacked in. Just a little more to do then the kids can ride and not get covered in road/ trail grime.
Thinking about tying each fender into a back piece of sheetmetal to shield rear passengers from gas tank. Havent figured that one out yet. I want to be able to remove rollcage and not have to deal with the body interfering with the cage.

Got a thought Lenny....the 40's axles under the Zuk when the change is made? No need in buying all that upgrade stuff from Bobby now..break it then a winter project.
