Brian -

Insert Nolen where you have Greg and you will be in better shape.

Just my PSA for the day.

Scratch this. it's much more entertaining the way Brian said it :D

Bomar, the walker muffler is about the diameter of a glasspak. Remember pics add about 10lbs ;)

The exhaust was hard mounted before with exhaust hangers to allow for vibes- no issues before.

Thanks to both Greg and Lenny, we appreciated your hospitality! Greg, I got a case of beer so that's why yours wasn't all drank! Sweet shop setup you've got, I'm really jealous of the 55 you had! And Lenny, you had better run the hell outta that Suzuki and make us proud! It was fun to help out, especially since I'm cruiserless down here, so I can still get in my much needed wrenching time.

When's the next time y'all are getting together down there?

No problem, come by any time. Don't worry about bringing beer or anything next time.

Drained the dana 300 and resealed the Dana 300 inspection plate. Looked down at the ground and saw a gear oil spot...

Checked the other tcase and it's full..

WTF does a dana 300 have a reserve tank or some shunt?!

Turns out it's leaking at the adapter plate where the Dana 300 bolts too. Have to remove the other tcase to get to bolts. Ain't doing that shunt ..

Still doesn't 'splain where the gear oil is coming from.. It's not a bad leak just aggravating..

Any chance the drip of from overfill or spillage?

Cleaned it pretty good. Unless this poly bushing acted like a sponge.

Some goodies arrived : )

Finish welded whatever was needed to be welded.

Cut the rear frame and capped it i like the way it came out.

Got the nitrogen regulator, hose, syringe and harnesses in today

The guy i bought the airshocks from said he emptied the oil out of the shocks. Well i found out that there was quite a bit left in there ...after i started filled it with oil..
So i started over with another airshock. This time i emptied the shock first filled it with 200 cc of oil and proceded to fill with N.
I could not get the air pressure checker to thread enough to keep oil in there. Then i decided to tighten it down good, then once i filled with N then tried to remove the fitting that attaches to the shrader valve. The shrader valve came out with the fitting releasing he N pressure. Finally i just said f it.
