Two questions: Do you just grind them out and repair as needed? How do you remove then re-install the chrome trim?

I think it's called a 4" grinder, 80 grit flapper disk and much prayer.

As usual, I started out grinding on the rain gutters and as if that wasn't enough, ended up on the rocker panels. Bobm you still making rocker panels?
Oh my gosh!! My A pillar is begining to do that as well, all because of those raingutters! WAY intimidated by this. Windshield out to fix? and if I am going to do that should I just take the whole body off and sandblast and do it all, and if I do that ....
