decided to mount the new LED lights in the bottom of the bib. Problem, the hole in the bib is 1/4 inch smaller then the LED light. I used a old 2" cut out.

Cut a hole in the plate to fit the radius of the pinion. slightly offset



I don't have a break, so I use a grinder and vice to make bends.

broke out the punches to put in the inner seal near the 3rd member



used a long bar and punched the seals in

used blueing to find axle center lines

plugged the numbers and determined upper and lower shim thickness for both sides

packed the knuckle bearings

Since I gained width I have to make new drag links. More progress this weekend..
