Now that is what I call taking it all the way apart.

Finished making my front custom spring pins, and got the front axle installed.

rear leafs didn't post any pictures of doing this with the front springs but drilled them all for slipper pads and painted them with graphite paint.

sleeved the frame for the steering gear box, just clears the radiator and the shock Tower.

finished fabricating new lower shock mounts and bump stop attachment plates

Decided I wanted to move the gas filler neck from the rear passenger side, it's going to go to the front corner of the driver side.

Got the cab into paint will let the clear harden for a day then start adding the sound deadner and bed liner

Got the paint and bed liner work done on the cab and attached it to the frame hopefully for the last time.

looking great... sad thing is there is so many small parts to paint on a 40/45....
