do you need a newer firewall chunk and pedals? i just cut 2 out last weekend for such a project..
 
Would a trans tunnel or 80 series fire wall help you can have it if you cut them out. Have a carcass going to the scrap yard with in the week.
 
That might be a better option. Try the 80 pedal and firewall. No need for a clutch pedal
 
Not sure if I could use either as I plan on making a new flat firewall, using the 4.3 v8 I don't need the hump in the middle and do need the space on the inside for the hvac.

Have modern Hvac 80 and 100. Getting ready to scrap the 80 and not pulling the Hvac stuff it you pull it’s yours.

Got all the welding on the bottom finished up

Started building the frame first step was to remove all the spring hangers and shock mounts, then it was on to removing all the inner support structure.

Got the cab mounts all lined up and finished welding in the new firewall and braces.

Outboarding the rear spring hangers so they line up with a 60 axle, this will also make room for my spare tire to fit in the back underneath the bed.

closed in the floor pan around the transmission to get a little more foot room.
