Hello finally I got around returning all silicone hoses, now planning to order all required components.
I'm thinking following should cover all:

1FZ-FE Engine Little Hose Kit

1FZ-FE Engine Little Hose Kit (SHK-1)

1FZ-FE Radiator Hose Kit (RHK-1)

80 Series 1FZ Curved Heater Hose Kit

However none of them show clamps in pictures, so I'm assuming I need to order them separately. And I think I should order the ones linked above (from 90467-21010 - Genuine Toyota CLAMP OR CLIP ?) but they don't look like they are for radiator hoses.

Also what is 1FZ-FE PHH – Kit 1 ? I think kit 1 has it covered? (Just going by image linked previously with color codes)

Apart from all that I'm thinking of replacing thermostat (80 Series 1FZ Thermostat Kit),
coolant tee (OEM Coolant Tee) but I'm not sure how many do I need? I've not looked into these yet
radiator cap (OEM Radiator Cap)

Should I look in replacing heater control valve as well?

The silicone hoses are known to leak and fail in about 2 years. They are way soft..

If you do a search on here for those that have done the PHH in silicone, they are back in there very soon due to the change in the hoses and leaking.

They are also water-permeable. Over time, water seeps through, changing coolant volume and concentration.

Just a note: the outer diameter of the Gates Greenstripe hoses do not play well with the OEM clamps.

Both are great products but it's a tight fit (in hard to reach places).

The hose that appears to be below the lower hose in the diagram is actually connected to the top of the radiator near the center and runs under the throttle body.

Yeah so silicon PHH is not recommended? Thought that was the ’mud standard for years? Now I have the head sitting on my bench ready to go back in and I’m having second thoughts on that bit of blue hose.

I have no disagreement on using OEM or equivalent rubber. But FWIW, mine came with HPS silicone. I’ve confirmed many times, zero leaks in the 3+ years they’ve been on, but occasionally I think there’s a faint scent of coolant outside after driving a while - I wonder if that’s the silicone seeping I’ve read about. Everything else is new. Either way, I don’t lose any fluid. This is not to say you shouldn’t use good rubber whenever possible, I’m just saying silicone is not an instant failure situation. But, do you want to keep wondering, or have to do it again, especially after putting the engine back together? After doing the rear heater bypass, the only HPS I have left are the three big hoses, which I will replace eventually for peace of mind.

Especially for hard to reach hoses, I would stick with time tested OEM or equivalent rubber. I’m sure you can source gates locally. Easier to make a quick trip to the store than do the PHH again when you don’t have easy access.
