I actually just barely had both hoses remade because I sprung a leak.My Cruisers may be allergic to Saturday events at the LCHM
My blue 72 40 spit out a oil galley plug en route home from the museum in 2023. It blew a head gasket en route to CruiserFest 2025. And now, en route home from Cruisers & Coffee last week, my HJ61 spring a fuel link in the hose between the fuel filter and the injection pump. Fortunately, it was a tiny pinhole leak and I didn't event find it until I got home and notice the drip off the lead springs.

I whipped the hose off and our parts engineer Olly worked on a solution and future offering. We did a bunch of research on the diesel variants that use the and their length and clocking. We'll have parts in-bound to build solutions for all the common Land Cruiser diesels. In the meantime, our hydraulic shop pals were able to re-hose mine in a few minutes. It's 235mm fitting center-to-center with 90* clocked 14mm banjo fittings.

In installed it this afternoon with 4 new union washers (94712-77121), a fresh Toyota fuel filter (EGF54072) and had the Mrs help me bleed the system. After a little purging, the 12HT fired to life and got a carwash.

The return lineHa, must be the season. What was the 2nd hose you had replaced?

Mine does not have the cover. I will get a picture of mine when I get back to the house.Right on, I think I'm reading right that you converted the metal line (23801-68030) to a hose?
I'm going to build out a kit with 14mm AN Push-Lock fittings and a length of hose. This would allow one to build a low pressure (feed pump to filter or filter to injection pump) for a 2H, 12HT, B, 2B, 3B, 13BT, etc. One of these hoses fails on the trail and it would be a PITA to field triage BUT with the right fittings, you could build a hose in less time than it takes to re-prime the system
Does your HJ61 have the "billow" cover over the feed pump prime? I'm not finding it in the EPC but mine is marked 'Denso' so I can only assume original.

I've never seen that cover either.
Whoa, Kurt is stumped by a part. Wonders never cease!Right on, I think I'm reading right that you converted the metal line (23801-68030) to a hose?
