Good job! Nice technique. I need these ideas for fixing our FJ45V. That also need new floor parts and a door rib here and there.

Where are you located?

That place is going together very neatly! It shows that you have thought this out.

Can someone measure the opening between the flat surfaces lock hight? It is an '81.

And the rear opening also between the flat surface, between the wheel well at the front and between the to rails behind the door post.

Question, can I just flip the rear springs or do I need to redrill the bottom 2 leafs or perform a shackle reversal?
As I am replacing and widening the rear fenders I might just as wel add a little to the wheel base. I would like to add some length to the rear drive shaft.

New piece of hood.

Arrgggghh! That's just wrong. Sterile environment for working on a Land Cruiser? Well organized? C'mon it just ain't right. Old FJ40's gotta get down in the dirt or at least a highly cluttered garage, grease, oil and unknown fluids smeared floors, dirty overalls metric and sae tools scattered willy nilly, leg cramps from contorting to get the best angle for removal of a stubborn greasy heavy part. You are spoiling your unit. Is this how it's done in Africa or South America? NO!
man I wish I had a set up like that.

Dang straight... bout like Rocky working out in that crappy old gym instead of a clean, organized, cutting edge equipped, air conditioned workout center!

... and we'd all likely give left testicle to have your setup! Great looking work you're doing
