Couple brackets & mounts got most welding done to eliminate any mount flex.

So all I have left to do is make steering box mount & make rear diff coil hats & basically done.

Basically the rear coil hats & shock mounts on diff housing & shock mounts on chassis.
I have made necessary adjustments to front bump stops also but haven't taken pics. I am at the stage of just cleaning up & finishing little touches like joining gussets on link & shock mounts which don't show much progress but it is all these little things that finish the job off as a whole.

Yeh, no problems, I am up there every weekend at the beach house. Keep an eye out for the yellow FJ40 on Teewah beach. I will probably put the new chassis under her this winter, in the mean time the current chassis is only a couple years old and works fine.

Any updates on this build mate?
I know the chassis has been finished for months now, but still hasnt been picked up from Brooksys shed yet. So I'm guessing no updates.
