$20??? Where is your dealer? In my limited searching, these MSRP for $220 and sell online for around $160. Each! Below is a screenshot from Camelback Toyota.
Definitely going to get a set of covers and remove my screens. Now I have to decide if I’m going to dump the screens or keep and store them.
I spent about an hour at JoAnn's upholstery store getting swatches of fake leather. The factory terra leather falls in color between JoAnn's Walnut Marine Vinyl (looks like leather) and Cinnamon Whisper faux leather. If I had to pick one, I'd probably go with the Cinnamon Whisper faux leather as it looks more like real leather with no sheen. I think this material could easily be applied to the inserts with 3M adhesive spray and then rolled over the edge a few millimeters to give it the professional look. I'll use one of my sets in an experiment of finding the best color faux leather and keep reporting back.

I can do the leather, and I can also do the USB hookups- just depends on how many want it. For now let's start with just the covers. I was thinking group buy with sliding pricing depending on how many order.
Group buys can be a PIA for us vendors- trying to track people down, pm's, etc. Especially for a small product like this. I'll just trust that whoever says "I'm in" will come through.
