Pretty sick dude...you've inspired me to do the same to stuff some 40" rubber under my girl's skirt!

Wow. Need pics of those 40's stuffing your new wheelwells.

I want to see these wheels jammed under your rig ..thumbs up

Where are the pics or it didn't happen...

But seriously I want to see this stance with 2.5 BS!

Nice job. Now let's see a direct front pic of how wide the beast is ;-)

Sweet Mod! We def. need some good pics when your all done. Custom takes time.. No rush

It's done for a few months, haven't put the mud flaps on though lol. Been too busy to do any real wheeling. I finally found somewhere nearby where I could get it to flex out enough to shove the tire in the well. Next up is finishing the tire carrier so I can cover up the rusty spindle sticking out of the bumper, I will probably drop it down a few inches here soon, build a new front axle out of my spare rear axle, raptor line the whole thing either factory white or the sapphire blue color of the newer camry's. Not sure yet, I will be making new front flares and trimming some there too. And of course I still have to finish building the Diesel I'm going to swap into it. Turns out that the engine I bought from a yard in Oklahoma was completely worthless. I got a crankshaft, rocker arm shaft, valve cover and oil pan for my $1000. Had to buy a new old stock Isuzu block, new head, new valves, springs, push rods, tappets....everything except the 4 things I mentioned... So it will be a new engine except for the crank pretty much.

That looks great! So refeshing to see someone fitting large tires and keeping the flairs. Hope the issues with the Isuzu are behind you, mine turned out to be a battle.

Thank you Sir! I actually really like the look of flared 80's when they have a big enough tire... The 80's seem like one of those vehicles that doesn't look right unless you have at least a 35" tire under it. I hope my isuzu issues are behind me, at this rate I could have put a toyota diesel and 5 speed in it. I was trying to keep the swap under $4500 but I'm sure im at last at that right now and still have to get rebuilt injectors and have my pump done... Can't wait to have it diesel powered though. Speaking of, any recommendations for basic mods to squeeze another 25ftlbs of torque out of it?

Yeah mine is now well over any semblance of cost effective. You get to apoint where you have to much into it to stop and its down hill from there.

I didn't realize that I didn't have any before pictures of the rear. This picture is actually the reason for doing the cutting. Stuffed the driver rear tire with locker in and it chewed apart my rear quarter panel at the bottom. Still trying to find those picks.image.webp

Love playing on the Oregon dunes. Sure puts the suspention through its paces. Im looking forward to seeing how this diesel works on them....that is the one place I liked the 1fz.

^^^^^^Holy sweet flex pic. Man I have to make a 3 link!! Good to see you did it without coilovers. Budget 3 link. Thats what I would build. Great work!

I did such a terrible job yesterday trying to add clearance to my rear passenger fender. It'll work for now and my body is looking a bit rough anyway these days but I probably need to "do it right" some day. Or not. Ugh. Body work is the worst.
