This winter I am going to build my drawer system in the back of my runner and I remember back before it snowed seeing one with a plastic on the bottom used as the slider and wondering what plastic that is and where to get some. Also if you are at the next meeting I'll probably be there as well to chat about ideas. I found online that delrin is a low friction plastic and seems to be something that would work for me but I do not know much as far as plastic is concerned.

You can get teflon strips with adhesive on the back for use as drawer slides. Drifta in AU use it for the drawer systems in their trailers.

You could make some;) I have been looking at recycling HDPE plastic on u tube. One guy made a cutting board. you would need a table saw and planer but the sly is the limit.
