How about some old VW lights. Here's my 40 from a life time ago, as you fear so did I knock them off.

The side mount 69 style could be replicated with motorcycle lights, plenty of choices with flexible mount...if you wanted that look.

Wow! Great pic!!!!
Why is this the first time we get to see this picture?!

A while back I remember someone playing with some special headlights that had singnals incorporated.

Chicks don’t dig this.

Made for a longer and scary ride home! Death wobble to the extreme. I can’t seem to make it off the miller jeep trail without some mishap! Makes me wonder what I need to do, especially if JMack is running around at 80+ without a stabilizer shock.
Please enlighten

True pig fashion though!- it got me home!

I guarantee you J Mack drives his pig at 80+ without a steering stabilizer and half worn-out 35” mud tires.

I would take your pig to an alignment shop and have them check it over and give you a print out to confirm your caster.

Guessing a combo of TRE’s and caster would go a long way to making it better. Might not hurt to check your spring eye bushing too.

Did the death wobble break the stabilizer mount or did that happen at some other point? After taking care of all the usual suspects, I’d go ahead and fix that mount and throw a gusset on there to strengthen it against the lateral movement. It’s probably been flexed over the years and finally broke. Once it did the DW reared it’s ugly head.
The stabilizer does a good job of masking the issue. The root problem is still there, but the stabilizer keeps it in check.
Out of curiosity, what are the measurements from the center of your bottom shackle bolt to the ground and the center of your hanger pin to the ground? I’m predicting the front is the shorter of the two because of the longer shackles.

Tell me more...I have not gotten up to speed on leaf spring handling characteristics at all.
