You don't have to press them in. Use a big socket and hammer. Something that spans the bearing and tap it in evenly, until it seats.

That is what is holding me back from the test drive.
The ebrake is not as simple as I had hoped, but might not be too hard. First I am going to move the rear heater to the passenger side. Then it should go. I hope.
